Where am I?

I am currently living in residency at a retreat center in Water Mill New York. I spend my days playing the 50 + instruments we have in house, exploring the vast territory of sound healing, allowing music to move me in a new way.

Intimate time with a Shruti box and a beloved collection of Sanskrit mantras keep me singing in front of small groups of yoga students and sound bath participants.

A loop pedal, an electro-harmonix voice box, and a microphone have been captivating my attention. Getting lost in my own soundscapes has proved to be deeply soothing and inspiring.

As of January 30th, I will be heading down to Ecuador to dive deeper into my own psyche and the world of medicine music.

The end of February and March will be spent in Portugal, hopping between Lisbon and the Algarve. Most likely my time will be spent in my bedroom with my bluebird mic and my baby Taylor Koa guitar.
